Yes!! Rachel is finally 16 years old. She had the opportunity to spend the summer in England with a friend so that is her 16th birthday present. So the day before she left for England we celebrated her birthday and with tears in her eyes, her mother sent her off on the adventure of a lifetime.
She promised to e-mail everyday by way of a journal and so I thought it would be a good idea to create a a travel blog and share her adventures with ya'll. Enjoy.
